DELIVERY & RETURNS
We offer free UK shipping on all orders. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, which are sent via a tracked service. We currently only deliver to the UK but we have plans to ship internationally in the near future. Unfortunately we do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, PO boxes, or British Forces Post Office locations.
Whilst we hope you love your Koukla purchase, if it is not quite right then items ordered from our website can be returned within 28 days from the date received, providing they are returned to us in saleable condition. We can only accept unworn items in their original packaging with no sign of damage, unless faulty.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. Sale items are also non-refundable.
If you have received a promotional complimentary gift with your purchase then this must be included when returning your order for a full refund.
Your refund will be credited once we have received the goods – we aim to process returns within 3-5 working days but please be aware that refunds could take up to 14 days during busier periods. Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited.
We cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us, so we strongly advise using a trackable service when returning your item.
Please note that we do not offer an exchange service.
We take extra care to make sure your Koukla jewellery arrives in perfect condition but in the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged in any way, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly assist with a replacement. All Koukla jewellery purchased online comes with a 6 month standard warranty to cover any manufacturing faults.
Please outline the details of the fault with clear supporting images and ensure that you include your full name, order number and proof of purchase in the email. Any faulty items can be returned whereupon they will be inspected and replaced if found faulty. Should the item no longer be in stock, we will offer a full refund.
We will refund any return postage where the item is found to be faulty and returned to us within 30 days, up to the value of £10. Otherwise the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Please note that this warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage, damage incurred by the customer or tarnishing and fading of plating.
MAKING A RETURN
Please drop us an email at email@example.com quoting your order number in the subject line – we will send you a returns form with instructions on how to return your item.
The completed form can be emailed back to us or printed. Please always ensure that you include your order number on or inside the package.
